We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Associate to work on site from our Global Headquarters located in Acton, ON, Canada.
More about the role:
TheInside Sales Associate is responsible for managing small to medium business opportunities, generating new opportunities from current book of business, and supporting end users in glove trials through decision making process resulting in closed business.
This individual will be a highly motivated and tenacious, self-starter with a proven track record to build relationships with consumers. They will be responsible to manage a large region working in tandem with other employees that results in regional growth. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with end users who are sampling our product and support them through a wear trial process, navigating through timeline, cost, safety & purchasing processes
- Maintain CRM and ensure proactive retention of accounts through regular follow-ups, identifying and executing cross sell opportunities, referrals, etc.
- Engage with existing book of business to uncover other opportunities for glove trials in new tasks or applications
- Research and target end-users through LinkedIn and other tools to contribute to self-generated activities
- Facilitate quotes and purchases from distributors
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by following up on inbound leads and scheduling follow-up communications (i.e. over phone, in-person, etc.)
- Identify and create personalized needs analysis for prospect engagement and lead generation
- Monitor sales tools regularly to maximize response time and increase sales
- Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience with a focus on sales and marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint), and sales tracking platforms (CRM Salesforce)
- Experience leveraging lead generation sales tools (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Knowledge on how to navigate through calls and experience with best practices in the discovery stage
- Proven experience in managing and growing a region or direct section of business
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed established sales and activity quotas
- A proven track record of strong client relationships and building processes for an assigned territory
- Familiar with sales tracking platforms such as Outreach would be an asset
- Follow and adhere to company’s policies and procedures
