Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating our value proposition. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong understanding of the sales process. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for growth within the market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
