Position Title: Senior Industrial Sales Representative

Role Overview: Melnik Custom Fabrication is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to play a key role in our growth and client satisfaction initiatives. In this client-facing role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Team to promote and sell our services and products, streamline the sales process, and support clients with technical needs by offering expert guidance on our solutions. A solid technical foundation in the fabrication industry, strong communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding client service are essential for this role. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently to succeed.

Employment Type: This is a full time, permanent position

Location/Base: Mount Brydges, Ontario with the opportunity for a hybrid office/ home

Travel: 25% (mostly Southwest Ontario)

Reporting to: President

Role Responsibilities:
Partner with the Management Team to expand our client base and sales by contributing to and implementing sales strategies.

Engage with clients to assess their technical requirements and, working with our design and fabrication team, take the customer lead to ensure our customers get the perfect solution.

Represent Melnik Custom Fabrication in client meetings with clear, confident communication to clients and partners across Canada.

Keep records of client interactions and meeting notes in our CRM system to enhance client experience.

Conduct on-site client visits and travel within Canada as required.

Employment Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of technical sales experience.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems.

Familiarity with Inventor CAD software is a plus.
