We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telephone Sales Executive to join our Cambridge sales team.

As a Telephone Sales Executive, you will be responsible for and not limited to; receiving all incoming calls and inquiries regarding our treatment procedure and package for Erectile Dysfunction and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, contacting potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase our products/services. If you are driven by targets, enjoy building relationships, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving all incoming phone calls: Liasson between customer and company

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, their features, benefits, and unique selling points to effectively communicate value to customers.

Customized Solutions: providing solutions that address customer challenges.

Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns effectively, providing accurate information and overcoming barriers to sale.

Closing Sales: Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase, address any issues or concerns.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM software.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

-Proven experience in telephone sales or telemarketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.

-Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.

-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
