Reporting to: Community Manager

Job Summary: This exceptional opportunity is located in the beautiful core of Aldergrove. With a nearly 250,000 square foot residence that’s built to the highest standards, Bellevue Park offers an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark on the industry.

As a Senior Living Sales and Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to support the efforts of the residence while offering excellent service to those you connect with. Your role is critical in ensuring the successful launch of the community by generating interest, building a strong occupancy pipeline, and driving sales of our Independent Living Residence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy while working through the process with each prospect.

Your objective is to attract potential residents, and convert leads into actual move-ins. You will work closely with the leadership team, another sales and marketing specialist, marketing department, and on-site team to ensure the community's successful pre-opening and long-term success.

Recently implemented Yardi, some experiences would be an asset but not required.

You'll be working alongside another sales leader, so collaboration, and teamwork are critical for this person to win on our team.

This role offers a strong base salary, plus monthly commissions based on move ins, along with occupancy targeted bonuses as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive sales plan, including target demographics, pricing strategy, and lead generation tactics to drive occupancy levels during the pre-opening phase.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, community outreach, events, and partnerships, to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents and their families. Address inquiries, conduct facility tours, and guide prospects through the sales process, showcasing the community's unique features and benefits.
  • Budget and Reporting: Develop and manage the pre-opening sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation. Provide regular reports to the leadership team on sales progress, occupancy rates, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and Community Manager to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and digital assets that align with the brand and support the sales efforts.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor the local market and competitors, identifying opportunities and potential threats to the community's success. Adjust the sales strategy as needed to stay ahead in the market.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the senior living industry, sales practices, and privacy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in senior living or a related industry, with a strong track record of pre-opening sales success.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential residents and their families.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Understanding of the senior living market and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
