Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Ciot, you will spearhead the effort to explore and capitalize on new revenue streams across various sectors including commercial projects, builders, and kitchen & bath stores. This role is pivotal in identifying and cultivating business opportunities both within untapped markets and among our existing client base to drive significant sales growth for Ciot within all categories of stone, with a specific focus on our growing Neolith Porcelain offering

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors, ensuring alignment with company objectives

· Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing client relationships and expand business with current customers

· Proactively research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth and partnership.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including architects, designers, builders, contractors, and fabricators

· Create and present comprehensive business proposals and strategic plans tailored to potential partners, highlighting the value of Ciot’s products and services

· Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market insights to senior management

Requirements:

· A college diploma or university degree in business, 5+ years of experience in a similar role

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the construction, building materials, or design industries

· Demonstrated success in identifying and closing business opportunities, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders

· Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative business strategies
