We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our admissions team and drive recruitment efforts. This full-time position is based at our Surrey head office, with travel required to our campuses across the Lower Mainland and Victoria.

Objective

The Director of Sales and Marketing will play a key role in maintaining Cambria College’s reputation for integrity, excellence, and innovation. They will ensure our programs, staff, and operations reflect our mission and values. This leader will drive sales and marketing strategies while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment for staff and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan covering revenue, expenses, and growth.
  • Set and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.
  • Manage and motivate the admissions team to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Oversee sales performance, track progress, and provide regular reports.
  • Conduct ongoing training for admissions staff to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.

Marketing Strategy

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Oversee the management of brand awareness initiatives and marketing strategies (in-house and vendor-based).
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external marketing partners.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations to create training agreements and programs.
  • Identify new business opportunities while adhering to budget requirements.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor CRM and SIS usage to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Ensure all admissions staff adhere to regulatory standards (PTIB, EQA, Student Aid BC, IRCC, etc.).
  • Partner with Campus Directors to achieve enrollment targets and maintain compliance.
  • Facilitate performance audits and deliver timely feedback through probationary and annual reviews.

Team Development

  • Foster a supportive team culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Ensure admissions advisors operate ethically, meeting compliance standards and quality assurance benchmarks.
  • Address staffing needs in collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in a regulated career college environment (preferably in BC).
  • At least 2 years of sales or recruitment experience in education.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and SIS systems.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic student funding opportunities and compliance regulations.

Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
