The Inside Sales Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for overall customer success aligned to the Cytiva strategy and goals leveraging all of the Cytiva account team. Owns the overall customer relationship across the account. Primary contact between the company and customers and grows the business through an understanding of the market, an awareness and familiarity with the needs of customer, and knowledge of the product portfolio.

This position is part of the USCAN located in Marlborough MA and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Sells or renews the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts.
  • May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads
  • Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.

Who you are:

  • Associate degree
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment
  • Internal drive, focused on accountability and self-development

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in the Life Sciences )

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge/experience within a Service Organization or Service Provider is a plus
  • Knowledge of Qliksense and Salesforce

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 60,000 - 80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
