As a Senior Account Supervisor at Inizio Evoke, you will join as a valued member of our Account Management department with the opportunity to employ and hone your account management skills while mentoring and growing junior team members. Your job will be to be accountable for agency service that exceeds client expectations through the ongoing, delivery of your client’s suite of high-value projects and strategic service with the multidisciplinary team.

You Will:
  • Execution:
    • Is accountable for the impeccable delivery of multiple large, high-value client projects
    • Become an expert in our clients’ Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes and ensure clean submissions with previous insights applied
    • Partner with the project management team to manage the production of a range of digital and offline tactics
    • Lead productive and informed project kickoffs, holding all team members responsible for providing required documentation.

    Relationship Management:
    • Is the day-to-day account lead and has proactive, daily client communications.
    • Is not afraid of having the ‘tough’ conversations, but instead handle them with grace and dignity.
    • Grow direct mid-level client relationships with meaningful relationships at the senior level.
    • Expand our client relationship beyond the product manager and beyond marketing.

    Strategy:
    • Add valuable input to the brand planning process.
    • Ensure the monitoring and capturing of competitive activities, and the development and presentation of ad hoc and scheduled competitive reports
    • Own the development and presentation of the project brief and aids in the development of creative/strategic briefs and associated processes.

    Financial Management:
    • Accountable for the clients’ total budget by having proactive, ongoing conversations with the project management team and/or clients/VP
    • Immediately flags any scope/budget concerns to client before hours are incurred
    • Work with project management to establish forecasts and ensures that financial goals are met/exceeded

You Have:
  • 5-7 years experience in account management (general advertising or interactive advertising)
  • At least 5 years agency experience required.
  • Deliver multiple high-value, projects.
  • Develop a meaningful client relationship.
  • Identify and act upon growth opportunities.
  • A combination of listening, speaking, and business writing skills
  • Identify and understand possible effects from relevant marketing data and budgets and transform insights into new opportunities and/or optimizations.
  • Work well independently and as a team member across departments to manage the flow of projects through the agency/team

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation

$110,000—$125,000 USD
