  • Responsible for the vision, strategy, and plan to achieve an industry leading position, working collaboratively to implement across global enterprise and local market clients.

  • Accountable for growth in partnership with the solutions, enterprise account management as well as local market industry teams; growth will be measured by new clients, existing client share of wallet growth, opportunities, revenue, and margin.

  • Lead pursuits, integrating with other JLL business lines, and cross selling JLL business to achieve our strategic objectives and bring a comprehensive solution to our clients.

  • Leverage Salesforce as a CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool and maintain a reliable pipeline of new opportunities.

  • Develop and manage client specific CRM account plans.

  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors with industry specific expertise.

  • Work directly with clients to define their real estate objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to assign the best team on the field.

  • Drive and measure exceptional client satisfaction, utilizing the Medallia platform.

  • Anticipate and respond to our client's needs and concerns.

  • Partner with practice leaders to bring design, sustainability, project controls, multi-site program management, development advisory and move management services clients.

  • Leverage the broader JLL platform to deliver industry specific insights, best practices, and subject matter expertise.

Corporate Social Responsibility Impact

  • Actively participate in civic and business organizations.

  • Actively participate in Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

  • Contribute to JLL’s sustainability, DEI, and community impact goals.

  • Promote JLL’s programs such as: Supplier Diversity, HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) internship and community service – as an example.

Financial & CommercialStewardship

  • Ability to forecast and prepare project management financial proformas; and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.

  • Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

  • Sound understanding of commercial governance, specific to project management services.

  • Highly experienced in the review and negotiations of legal contract documents.

Communication and Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding effectively to sensitive issues.

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups to take desired action.

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

  • Expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix and multi-industry organizational environment.

Experience
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or industry-based engineering specialization (i.e.: industrial engineering). Advanced degrees are a plus.

  • 15+ years of industry experience

  • 10+ years of experience developing and cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • 10+ years of project management experience.

  • Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications are a plus).

  • Established regional, national, and global network
