Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team, focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality project delivery. This role demands a proactive and strategic thinker who is skilled in managing accounts, delivering on project goals, and driving client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in account management, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Understand clients’ business goals and ensure alignment with project outcomes to maximize client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to build client trust and deepen client relationships.
Account Growth & Strategic Planning:
- Identify opportunities within client accounts to expand service offerings and increase revenue.
- Partner with clients to understand future needs, providing solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Prepare and execute account plans that support both client success and organizational growth.
Project & Service Delivery Management:
- Oversee the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and communicate updates to clients proactively.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to client accounts and develop mitigation strategies.
- Act as a problem solver and resourceful thinker in addressing any issues that may impact client satisfaction or project outcomes.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns to maintain positive client experiences and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or similar roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record in managing and growing high-value accounts with complex project needs.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and internal teams effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
- High proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to client success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,176.00 - $71,591.00 per year
