Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Account Manager
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring the project plan, project schedule, work hours and their activities
- Work to keep the project on schedule, within stated budgets and functioning smoothly
- Coordinate program communications, document and follow up on action and decisions from meetings
- Schedule and organize project-related meetings and events
- Create and maintain project records, reports, presentations and proposals
- Undertake project tasks as required
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Coordinate to resolution with Client on any issues impacting Client’s KPI and /or internal TAT
- Facilitate meetings when appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Requirements and skills
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.
- Clerical, word processing, presentation, data reporting and office skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Competency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Advanced writing and editorial skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or other similar PM software Has at least 6 months experience in Project management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail, flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Associate’s degree in business, engineering or equivalence experiences.
