Your Compensation & Growth Potential:
- Earnings Potential: $150,000–$400,000+ (Commission + Bonuses + Overrides). High performers who lead effectively can achieve substantial income, directly reflecting their dedication and results.

Your First Three Weeks at Klick Solar:
- Week 1: Get hands-on with onboarding and training, setting your own appointments to gain firsthand experience.
- Week 2: Run appointments, shadow experienced team members, and lead your first team training session.
- Week 3: Step up as a front-line leader, drive sales results, conduct one of two weekly team trainings, and begin one-on-one meetings with your sales reps.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspire and Lead from the Front: Motivate and guide your team to exceed targets through active involvement and expert mentorship.
- Build Team Success: Mentor a dedicated door-to-door sales team, teaching them proven techniques to engage homeowners effectively and set appointments.
- Balance Leads and Door Knocking: Leads are provided as available, but consistent door-knocking and personal engagement are essential.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily activities, resolve challenges on the spot, and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
- Foster a Winning Culture: Create a collaborative, goal-oriented environment where achievements are celebrated, and top performers thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year in solar sales with a strong record of closing 5+ deals per month.
- Leadership Skills: You bring exceptional organization, motivation, and communication to create a cohesive, high-energy team environment.
- Drive & Commitment: You’re fully committed, results-driven, and ready to invest in a role where your success is directly tied to your team’s success.
- Self-Sufficiency: We are looking for a go-getter with the discipline to manage their time effectively and work consistent hours with minimal supervision. A high level of self-discipline and integrity are essential.
