Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and new business quotes
- Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist clients with claims processing and issue resolution
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
- Provide guidance on coverage options and recommend appropriate products
- Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
Qualifications:
- MUST be RIBO Licensed
- 2 Years minimum experience
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding customer service abilities
