Job Description
The Entry Level Sales Account Manager is responsible for enrolling eligible customers into wireless services, delivering a seamless onboarding experience, and providing outstanding customer service. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, guiding them through the enrollment process, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities of our Entry Level Sales Account Manager:
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, serving as their main point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements, ensuring that services are tailored to meet their objectives.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term client retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that may benefit customers and drive account growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Entry Level Sales Account Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or coursework is a plus).
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficiency with office software and CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $824.00 - $1,051.00 per week
