Job Description
Work directly with National Accounts, building and developing relationships with key decision makers. Supporting the programs and sales initiatives. Communicating customer expectations and needs back to the organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for national accounts aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives
- Manage the national accounts, providing feedback, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to effectively support the national accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide support for the accounts.
Requirements
- 5 years healthcare supply chain industry experience
- 5 years sales experience
- Moderate proficiency in computer skills (MS Office/Excell/Word/Outlook/PPT)
- Market knowledge and contract experience
- Specific industry experience with multiple medical manufactures
- Field Sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account plans.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Supervisory Responsabilities:
Report to the VP supply chain and will liaison with internal teams
Authorities for Position:
- Negotiate agreements with national accounts
- Design sales and marketing manufacturing
- Design and develop growth plan’s with national accounts
