Job Description

Work directly with National Accounts, building and developing relationships with key decision makers. Supporting the programs and sales initiatives. Communicating customer expectations and needs back to the organization.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for national accounts aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives
  • Manage the national accounts, providing feedback, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to effectively support the national accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide support for the accounts.

Requirements

  • 5 years healthcare supply chain industry experience
  • 5 years sales experience
  • Moderate proficiency in computer skills (MS Office/Excell/Word/Outlook/PPT)
  • Market knowledge and contract experience
  • Specific industry experience with multiple medical manufactures
  • Field Sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account plans.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Supervisory Responsabilities:

Report to the VP supply chain and will liaison with internal teams

Authorities for Position:

  • Negotiate agreements with national accounts
  • Design sales and marketing manufacturing
  • Design and develop growth plan’s with national accounts

Job Type: Full-time
