Job Description

In this Account Manager role, you will be expected to :

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to identify new business opportunities (business reviews, visits, calls).
  • Retain and stimulate sales growth through our products and services.
  • Identify and promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage agreement renewals in line with our company standards.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify accounts at risk.
  • Follow the developments of our solutions and industry trends.
  • Keep your technical knowledge and industry trends up to date.


Desired Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills :

  • Technical Skills : Expertise in both short and long sales cycles. Knowledge of products offered by Kezber, including Power Platform solutions, IT, BI, as well as networking and custom application development. Proficiency in Connectwise (an asset).
  • CustomerService : Customer-oriented attitude, able to handle difficult situations calmly and confidently, work well under pressure, and have excellent negotiation skills to find advantageous solutions for all parties.
  • Adaptability and Autonomy : Every day is unique, and you are ready to take on new challenges daily.
  • Strong Interest in Technology and Innovation : Always seeking knowledge, you stay on top of innovations by constantly updating your technical knowledge and following industry trends to provide the best service to our clients.
  • Mobility : A driver's license is required for client visits.
  • Bilingualism : French is essential; English is an asset as some of our clients speak only English.
