We're a growing PR agency seeking an outreach specialist. We're well-established, and work with some of the largest organizations in the world.
The ideal candidate:
- Is autonomous, and ideally extremely financially-motivated. We want to work with people who are hungry for growth.
- Is comfortable speaking to people over the phone or on a video call. Capable of asking difficult questions, and taking constructive feedback.
- Has a basic understanding of sales psychology, social dynamics, incentives. Not necessarily on an academic level, but you should be able to gauge interest, have a feel for the amount of pressure to apply on a lead based on your sense of their interest, etc.
You'll have the opportunity to:
