We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC-R Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As an HVAC-R Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the HVAC-R refrigeration industry. You will be responsible for both new business development and maintaining existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in HVAC-R sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales and Business Development:
o Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
o Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored HVAC-R solutions.
o Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and system designs.
o Provide accurate sales quotes and system specifications. Using our state of the art proprietary system.
o Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales in a competitive market.
o Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations to effectively present and sell new technologies.
● Customer Service:
o Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
o Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
o Collaborate with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
● Sales Reporting & Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status.
o Regularly update CRM systems and provide reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development of promotional strategies and campaigns.
Skills and Experience:
● At least 5 years of successful experience in sales and marketing within the HVAC-R or a similar service industry.
● Sound technical knowledge of HVAC-R systems, products, and technologies.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
● Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
