About the Position:

CR Laurence is seeking two National Account Managers for the Top 50 national, multi-regional temperers & glaziers along with select franchisees and other large national accounts in the East and West regions. The NAM will plan, organize, direct, coordinate and execute plans and programs to achieve revenue goals and objectives. The NAM will have a strong customer focus, leveraging the CRL brand and will drive engagement in a rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build strong operating relationships with all key decision-makers within each assigned customer – both at the corporate and local levels
  • Develop and implement customer specific annual plans to deliver revenue targets
  • Cascade annual operating plans down to the local level with the Outside Sales Representatives who will manage the local relationships
  • Work closely with the Outside Sales Representatives, Architectural Business Development team & the Sales Solutions team to insure business continuity and seamless program execution
  • Conduct monthly sales tracking reviews with each key customer
  • Participate in customer driven trade events as well as industry-wide events
  • Develop and execute training and new product launch plans by assigned customer

Qualification Requirements:

  • Previous National Account Management experience with national, multi-regional customer base
  • Experience with the utilization and leverage of a CRM tool (Salesforce or SAP)
  • Strong professional presence with the ability and confidence to present to a host of audiences - large groups, local branches, C-suite
  • Estimated Travel 60%
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Critical thinking and problem solving are imperative skills for success
  • Collaborative, team-oriented personality with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite
