Job Description

CDI Spaces is hiring for a Corporate Sales Representative to join their Sales Team . The Corporate East Sales Rep will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to penetrate institutional clients, delivering top-notch customer service, and achieving sales goals. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in client engagement, teamwork, and leveraging HubSpot CRM to drive business growth.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to target and secure institutional clients.
  • Execute the strategy effectively to generate new business opportunities.
  • Generate and manage new quote requests arising from client appointments.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Go the extra mile to enhance the client experience and build lasting relationships.
  • Share relevant information with the Customer Service team to support cohesive operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Achieve the sales targets set and agreed upon with management.
  • Follow up with clients on projects and quotes to drive conversions.
  • Track and manage open opportunities in HubSpot CRM, using the platform to advance deals.
  • Understand and assess customer needs, providing tailored ideas and recommendations for their space.
  • Measure spaces and provide detailed information to the design team for effective solutions.
  • Offer solutions to address customer problems and enhance their overall experience.
  • Responsible for traveling to appointments and client locations

Education, Certifications and Licenses:Highschool Diploma.

  • High School Diploma required; Business Administration Degree or Diploma preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and account management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client engagement.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or similar sales management software.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail with a high value on accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and Financial Force or other accounting software is an asset.
