This position is primarily on-site 5 days a week in Reston, VA, with the potential for hybrid remote work based on performance and business needs.

PRISM seeks a dynamic Sales Account Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, and effectively managing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
