About The Role

The Account Coordinator Intern provides day to day support to the Senior Account Managers, Account Directors and Group Account Director in studio, and is responsible for managing assigned tasks/projects throughout the creative and adaptive process from inception through to completion, striving to achieve the highest quality of work whilst managing timelines and project budgets.

The Account Coordinator Intern collaborates with the account team, the design teams and other appropriate internal teams as well as freelancers. This role provides internal stakeholders, with the appropriate information for them to create client facing work that creates a wow -factor.


On any given day you might

  • Attend client briefings and design presentations with Account Manager and Creative team, making sure meeting notes are captured.
  • Attend internal check-ins with team to ensure project progress is staying on track.
  • Assists in quarterbacking the budget and advises the Account Manager if the estimate requires adjustments.
  • Writing of work orders and assists in briefing projects into the studio.
  • Developing and managing timelines on projects.
  • Maintaining a project status report. Attending weekly status meetings.
  • Assists with billing duties for month end reporting this includes preparing and processing invoices on behalf of Account Team.

The ideal person

  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills which is crucial to meeting critical deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

Required
