We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Support inside sales efforts by preparing product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team on B2B initiatives, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Participate in outside sales efforts by attending trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed.
- Engage in territory sales strategies to maximize market reach and customer engagement.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients, enhancing their experience and increasing revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales role or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and B2B sales processes is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions are documented accurately.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to the sales process.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.81 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
