About you:


A Business Development Representative accelerates the consistent growth at ZenduIT. The BDR is primarily an inside sales hunting role to support our sales consultants.


You need superior phone skills to build rapport with prospects and move them through the sales process. As a BDR, you will spearhead the sales process by qualifying new revenue opportunities, identifying potential partnerships and closing accounts. You’ll work hand in hand with our Sales Consultants to work up new strategies to engage our prospects further. If you’re a motivated, creative and dedicated individual - we want to talk to you.


The Opportunity


  • Superior Telephone skills - Grow our new customer base through developing relationships with a mix of generated leads, website leads, and your own cold calling efforts

  • Office based – 90% of your selling will be inbound and outbound using the phone and virtual sales meetings online

  • To help grow new customer relationships through sales lead generation, prospecting, successful negotiation through to sales closing

  • Proactively find new business opportunities through cold calling, e-blasts, and social networking

  • Seek out new partnership opportunities

  • Qualify incoming customer and partner requests and directing them to appropriate team members

  • Create customer intel reports and manage our customer database

  • Develop & maintain an active pipeline of potential customers

  • Compensation - Salary plus commission


What We’re Looking For


  • Top notch communication skills (phone and video presentations)

  • Fresh Grads / 1 year of business development, telemarketing or sales experience;

  • You possess the ability to work in a metrics-driven, time-sensitive and high volume environment

  • You’re experienced with organizing your efforts within a CRM system

  • You’ve got a good feel for how to research, build and expand new accounts by building a contact portfolio through efficient B2B prospecting strategies

  • You are a storyteller - comfortable presenting to anyone, in any setting

  • Your customer facing skills (written, verbal, and presentation) are top notch

  • Highly self-motivated - you are goal oriented, persistent in obtaining a meeting with a prospect

  • Endlessly curious - you love asking questions and learning

  • Fearless attitude - proven track record of achieving measurable goals
