Responsible for the sales and marketing administration, its planning, organization, and automation. Coordinates with the Heads of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to obtain an optimal flow of orders. Responsible for the administrative services of sales. Supervises the order processing and the relationships with clients for the administrative aspects of the sale (complaints, billing, deliveries, etc.). Key Responsibilities:
RFQ Management: Handle inbound RFQs, working with sales staff to provide pricing solutions to internal teams or customers.
MRO Support: Assist the internal team with purchase orders, shipment tracking, and related tasks.
Market Insights: Forecast product growth, explore new markets, and keep an eye on competitors to inform strategic decisions.
Market Feedback: Sharing valuable market insights.
Industry Engagement: Represent Uniform Components at trade shows, conferences, and on social media to bolster our market presence.
Reporting: Provide monthly reports on growth initiatives, inventory, suppliers, and lead-times.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively, thrive under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Bilingual preferred
Proven program management experience, preferably in rail or steel
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Passion for steel fabricataion and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
