As an Ironstone Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Sell homes, to meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Respond personally to all inquiries, on a daily, weekly or as-needed basis
- Complete guest registrations for all walk-in traffic and compile a database for further follow-up
- Track customer traffic from all sources on a weekly basis (i.e. walk-in, internet, email, etc.)
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with customers to work through the sales process
- Maintain regular weekend hours at a model home within a designated community
- Ensure that the sales office has an adequate supply of sales office materials and marketing collateral
- Maintain a current working knowledge of the state of the development with respect to construction activity
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the general new home market industry in the London region
- Collaborate with teams at the head office to achieve business goals/results
The New Home Sales Representative we seek will have the following:
- Solid home sales experience with a drive to deliver exceptional results
- New production home sales experience (an asset)
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and listening skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Track record as an articulate communicator, comfortable working with the public
- Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with goals and objectives
- Computer literacy, with proficiency using basic programs such as Windows and Outlook
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Schedule:
- Every Weekend
