We are seeking an accomplished Sales and Marketing Manager cum Salesforce Administrator to join our team and drive strategic growth in the dental and medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, leveraging advanced marketing tools, and building strong client relationships. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, execute innovative strategies, and utilize cutting-edge tools to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies, sales processes, and best practices that align with financial goals (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on Sales & Marketing performance metrics. Present actionable insights and plans to senior management to address opportunities and risks.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and customer drivers; meet regularly with stakeholders to align on growth strategies and present actionable plans.
- Technology and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and services. Coordinate with business partners to share knowledge by organizing seminars, attending trade shows, and participating in networking events.
- Lead Management: Generate new leads and manage the sales pipeline. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and establish contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and visits.
- Agency Oversight: Manage all aspects of external agency/ contractor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and coordination for web development, advertising, brochures, and trade show exhibits.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Address client needs effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Budgeting: Create and manage the department's annual budget, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Coach and manage the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies successfully and foster professional growth.
- Salesforce Administration: Act as a Salesforce administrator to manage and optimize activities. Create, customize and manage dashboards, email blast, implement journeys, and oversee the sales and marketing team's performance through data analysis.
- Event Management: Organize study groups, Continuing Education (CE) seminars, and webinars using tools like Skype, Zoom, and Teams to broadcast events to healthcare professionals.
- Seminar Arrangements: Manage all seminar-related arrangements, including setting up microphones, cameras, projectors, and ensuring food arrangements are in place to enhance attendee experience.
- Advanced Marketing Tools: Leverage tools like Salesforce Marketing, sales and service Clouds, SEO strategies, and digital marketing platforms to optimize campaigns.
- Creative and Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) and web design platforms to create compelling marketing materials.
- Public Speaking: Represent the company at events, trade shows, and seminars. Deliver impactful presentations and inspire the team to achieve organizational goals.
Education and Experience:
- MBA or equivalent degree, in Sales and Marketing (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of successful Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in the dental or medical devices industry.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce and MS Office.
- Proven experience in event management and implementing marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
