L.G. Home Comfort is looking for a Strategic Commercial Account Holder in the GTA.
We are seeking a Strategic Commercial Account Holder that will focus on cultivating and expanding relationships with commercial property clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored HVAC solutions. The role requires a strong background in outside sales and HVAC knowledge, with a focus on identifying client needs, closing sales, and providing ongoing support. The Strategic Commercial Account Holder will work closely with our sales, technical, and customer service teams to deliver value and build long-term partnerships.
What You’ll do as a Strategic Commercial Account Holder at L.G. Home Comfort Inc.:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial property accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and proactive support to address needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow revenue within assigned accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell additional services and products.
- Conduct needs assessments and site evaluations to recommend customized HVAC solutions that meet clients’ specific requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate and feasible proposals.
- Prepare and present proposals and negotiate terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Close deals effectively and manage the sales pipeline to forecast and meet sales goals.
- Monitor account performance and proactively address issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture a long-term relationship with clients, maximizing customer retention and driving account growth.
- Stay up to date on HVAC products, services, and industry trends, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability for commercial properties.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What you should bring to the table at L. G. Home Comfort.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years in outside sales or key account management, ideally within the HVAC industry or a related technical field.
- Must hold a Valid G License and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical understanding of HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and closing sales.
