Headquartered in Columbus, OH Lifetime has opened several new branches over the last 3 years and has established a national footprint. LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner's roofing and solar needs.
Lifetime Quality Roofing is currently seeking a Commercial Sales Manager with a varied background in commercial construction and/or roofing sales. This position has come available due to our expansion and growth. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Commercial Sales Manager has direct responsibility of sales development and operations within our Commercial Division. This role will lead retail customer acquisition for roofing services and products supporting Contracts, Pre-Production, and Retail. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Reporting: Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- 5- 10 years in roofing or closely related field highly desired REQUIRED
- Minimum of 8 years in sales leadership and development.
- 3-5 years in B2B Sales.
- Experience meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- 3-5 years in construction/roofing financial management.
- Excellent communication and strong organization skills.
- Travel required as needed: OH/PA/TX/FL/NC
