Job Description

This is a remote role and we are open to considering candidates based in any part of Alberta.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on the business's KPIs by bringing distributors, as well as high volume accounts in the vape and convenience & gas channel onboard.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics.
  • Partner with distributor and retailer key accounts in Alberta, establishing excellent relationships within your territory through a range of Key Accounts engagement activities, and having value-adding conversations to land on key account deals.
  • Build customer advocacy for our brands by educating retailers in the market and industry legislation.
  • Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability and coverage targets within your defined area.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity.
  • Identify new business opportunities by having a enhanced knowledge of the category and shopper behaviour in-store.

Job requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in vape sales/account management.
  • Experience working with tobacco/vape distributors.
  • Self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively.
  • Have strong communication and people skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Able to demonstrate good initiative and to proactively implement projects that benefits the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
