Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with knowledge of construction products/services to lead our bin rental sales. Our bins are used at residential and construction locations in KW and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with new and existing clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation. Execute cold calling and site visit strategies when needed to obtain new accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, understanding their needs and offering tailored construction and bin rental solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest products and services offered by the company, effectively communicating their value to clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, customer accounts, orders, and billing information
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales. Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
