Job Description
The Part-Time Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales operations, working 4 mornings per week (approximately 3-4 hours per day) and a full 7-hour shift on Saturdays. The primary focus will be on driving sales through strategic planning, customer engagement, team oversight, and tracking and reporting on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and meet revenue goals by managing sales processes and client relations.
- Supervise and motivate part-time sales staff (if applicable).
- Monitor daily sales and performance metrics.
- Assist with customer inquiries and handle any escalations.
- Implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Track progress toward sales targets and report to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets.
- Shop procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales background with experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
