If yes, our Technical Solutions Consultant role could be right for you! You will report to the Sr. Sales Manager – Production, and will be part of an innovative team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to clients. In this role, you will partner with Print Production Account Executives to provide pre and post sales solutions support, lead discovery meetings with customers. Conduct testing and product trials, implement software solutions and much more.
- Lead discovery meetings with account executives and customers
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customers document workflow
- Analyze customer applications and recommend solutions
- Conduct testing and product trials and provide proof of concepts
- Implement software solutions
- Perform product demonstrations
- Conduct end user software training
- Partner with Account Executives in preparing quotes, proposals, and account reviews
- Provide ongoing training to the Account Executives and to Service
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Post-secondary education in the Graphic Arts field
- Colour Theory or G7 certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related field or role
- Knowledge of Onyx, Prisma, Colour Management Software and Workflow Software
- Project, process and time management to balance multiple initiatives at the same time
- We offer a Hybrid work schedule. You will be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, and can work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
- When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
