Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Independent Representatives. As an Independent Representative, you will be responsible for account management, outside sales, and business development. This is a commission-based position with the opportunity for uncapped earnings.

Duties:

- Conduct sales activities and generate leads to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities

- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers

- Provide product information to customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues

Qualifications:

- Food industry experience preferred

- Some experinece in the sales industry is a plus

- Must be a "people-person", needs to be outgoing and able to connect with people

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential customers in London ON area

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively

- Strong negotiation and market research skills
