Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Solar Sales Consultant. This is an outside direct to home sales position that requires a self-starter who can work independently and is comfortable building relationships with customers. No prior sales experience is required, but a passion for renewable energy and a desire to learn is a must.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining relationships with potential customers using cold approach techniques
Guiding customers through the process of purchasing solar systems
Managing your own lead flow
Ensuring excellent communication with potential customers until they are passed off to our solar experts
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Continuously educating yourself on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven personality
Ability to work well in a team environment
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be proficient with technology
No sales experience is necessary as we offer world-class training
