About the role:
We are looking to add career-minded, impactful team members to our Sales and Management Development Program. This is an entry-level position with a concentration on inside sales in a phone-handling environment. You will have the opportunity to advance your career based on performance and skillset. You will become experts at customer service, sales, operations, and managing our CRM.
Employees in the Sales & Management Trainee Program will begin in the call center for the first 3-6 months of their career. Employees will receive extensive training, skill development, and participate in weekly/monthly feedback. The Sales Management Trainee will work with the current staff to learn about the essential operations of the business. You will be given assignments to complete with deadlines, and you may be stationed in different departments to receive the most comprehensive understanding of the job possible. At the end of the training, they will meet with upper management to determine the best career path for them.
Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail and strive to keep customers engaged with a helpful and positive attitude.
We offer competitive compensation with a targeted 1st-year annual compensation of $52,000, based on a 48-50 hour work week
Required Skills & Abilities:
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Retail, serving, sales or relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship.
