Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in business development initiatives to expand the company’s reach within the market.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong outbound calling experience with a focus on lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Background in customer service is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and expectations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
