Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven B2B sales track record and expertise in structured pipeline management and solution selling. This role is essential for driving new business and managing the opportunity funnel, including handling leads generated by our Business Development Representatives (BDRs), while also proactively sourcing leads. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing and executing strategies to convert prospects into satisfied, long-term clients.
This is a remote/onsite position (flexible depending on candidate’s location).
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Receive and qualify leads from the BDR team, actively moving them through the sales funnel.
- Lead Generation: Independently generate and prospect new leads through industry research, networking, social media and cold outreach to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and diligently populate Salesforce with detailed, accurate data for leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, leveraging Salesforce for effective pipeline management and reporting.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding clients' unique workflows and pain points across crane & rigging, machinery moving, and specialized construction. Position WrightPlan’s solutions to address these needs and outshine competitors
- Market Insights: Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, providing feedback to the product and marketing teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with BDRs, marketing, and the President to align on sales strategies, reporting regularly on key metrics, targets, and forecasts.
- Closing Sales: Drive the sales process from start to finish, presenting WrightPlan’s value.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a B2B sales role with a proven record of exceeding targets through structured pipeline management and lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline, with proven expertise in lead generation and closing sales.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to maintain a consistent and productive sales pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior management.
- Strong background in solution selling, with a focus on identifying and addressing specific customer pain points and aligning solutions to fit unique industry workflows.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, accurately track opportunities, and maintain thorough reporting.
- Ability to work independently and drive results, demonstrating initiative and strategic thinking.
