Responsibilities:
- Develop prospective business opportunities in this region.
- Identifying prospective customers through research, cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and field testing.
- Build strong relationships with your customers while assessing their packaging needs.
- Work with our CRM system (NetSuite by Oracle) to record all activities, customer inquiries, calls, emails, appointments, and quotes.
- Participate in training seminars with the sales team, attend weekly team meetings and generate reports as required.
- Handle all inside and outside sales of your accounts.
- Develop client relationships (70%) and maintain client engagement (30%).
- Travel on the road to meet prospects 50/50 and commute to the office in-person.
- Assist with all other business development tasks required in this position.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Passionate about working in sales.
- Motivated by exceeding objectives and achieving goals.
- Excellent time-management, adaptability and communication skills.
- Excellent ability to manage priorities, solve problems, meet objectives, and respect deadlines.
- Reliable personal equipment is required (laptop or PC, headset, camera, etc).
- Experience with CRM systems, NetSuite by Oracle is an asset.
- Valid driving license (clean driving record) and access to a reliable vehicle.
Work Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Location: Remote in Boston, USA
Salary: To be determined (starting range $50,000.00 per year + commissions)
