Intelligent Life Sciences Operations (Pharma, MedTech, Clinical Research Operations) is part of the TCS Life Sciences business unit, delivering business operations for Pharma, MedTech, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). TCS Life Sciences delivers to our customers strategic goals and operating model transformation with technologies, products, platforms, and operations.

Job Description:

You will be part of the Consulting Company Intelligent Life Sciences Operations market team and play a key role in delivering and growing the business to the mission. The strategic focus of the business is to enable our clients to their goals and imperatives in enabling patient care with science, technology, and operations with cost, experience, and outcomes based leadership. . You will be part of the core team working on enabling pharma business to leapfrog in capabilities with fast, contextual, connected, transparent, and employee empowered operations, powered by data, AI and technology, and human augmented operating model.

· You will be a member of the core market team, building and accelerating our go-to-market as AI-powered business operations working across strategy, offerings, opportunity creation, and conversion, delivering exceptional value to our clients and growing the business for the practice.

· You will engage with the senior leadership, account, and sales teams to shape and innovate offerings and solutions that deliver to the payers’ strategic objectives. You will also partner with solution build teams and develop capabilities, prototypes, and collateral for the demonstration and execution of the solutions.

· Working with Account, and Sales teams to develop strategic opportunities in pharma companies and lead strategy and solution workshops with the clients, demonstrating the impact and value. You will build trusted relationships with customer executives, partner with sales leaders and account teams, and be a significant contributor to the revenue growth in our accounts and prospects.

· As part of the core market team, you will help create and drive the Go to Market strategic business plan with clear pathways to revenue targets across target account strategies, industry solutions, partnerships, and marketing.

Qualifications:

· Deep operations, solutions, and sales leadership, with over 15 years of experience in large Service Providers/Pharma/CROs, across core processes in Life Sciences Operations, including clinical operations, clinical data management, Safety Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Reporting, Medical Writing, Bio Stats, Patient support and other areas,

· Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, data, analytics, RPA, and AI and make operations intelligent, automated, and autonomous. Delivered business and cost outcomes including significantly reduced manual efforts, lowering the risks and penalties, and increasing customer experience and engagement.

· Delivered outstanding results in a challenging environment, demonstrating accountability with a strong sense of ownership. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to create and build business

· Developed sustained and trusted partnerships with clients, passion for building relationships with account, sales, and other teams in the company.

· Demonstrated ability to bring together best of the company’s capabilities for solutions and offerings delivering to client goals and outcomes.

· Strong executive presence and communication skills. Ability to build executive-level presentations and present them to an executive audience

· Post Graduate in any discipline.

· Location – anywhere in the US, preferably North East

Base $240 -$300,000 Bonus is 30%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $240,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
