Responsibilities:
- Account Management and Organic Growth (Primary Focus) Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their buying patterns and operational requirements.
- New Business Development (secondary focus) Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within mid-sized organizations and small enterprises across North America.
- Develop and execute sales and account follow up process that effectively identify needs, qualify opportunities, and help build sales.
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities. Utilizing Salesforce, LinkedIn and other industry tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure consistent delivery to client standards, a smooth client onboarding process for new clients and post-sale satisfaction for anchor accounts.
- 5+ years of account management and sales experience, preferably supporting a variety of small ,medium and large multi-location clients in CPG or similar industry.
- Proven track record of success maintaining and growing business with mid-sized organizations or small enterprises. (i.e. Retail, grocery, education)
- High comfort level with SalesforceIQ or similar CRM and MS Office tools Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a desire to be part of building something great from an already solid foundation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A team player, open to coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development.
- Resilience and determination demonstrated by persistence in overcoming objections and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
- Experience in or understanding of printing, graphics or marketing would be an asset
