Inside and Outside Sales Development Representative Ontario

Reporting to the Director, National Sales, the Inside and Outside Sales Development Representative, Ontario will actively contribute to the development and growth of the company’s sales for their region. They will assume full responsibility for sales and business development activities in accordance with their territory. They will have a hybrid position between a on the road Sales Representative and an Inside Sales Representative.

Mission of the team: Deliver a unique customer experience, optimize organic growth, innovate, continuously improve our practices, develop and position our private label products, align marketing strategy, integrate a multi-channel communication platform with all our partners.

Responsibilities – Role of the Position

  • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase revenue
  • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
  • Provide support and expertise to customers
  • Provide technical support to suppliers
  • Inform customers about our products
  • Responsible for all actions related to business development and sales in their region to ensure the company’s full growth potential
  • To be an expert, development strategist with a very good knowledge of the market
  • Develops new opportunities to increase market share allowing the company to remain a leader in its industry
  • They are responsible for the implementation and implementation of new sales programs
  • Their main task is to promote the various products offered by the company and to establish and maintain an effective relationship between customers and the company

  • Great sales technique

  • Ability to canvass new clients
  • Ability to interpret customer needs
  • Ability to initiate and close a sale and make complementary sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of market analysis
  • Knowledge of the sales territory
  • Excellent knowledge of the products and services to be promoted
  • To be willing to travel in your region
  • Mastering the use of computer and office tools relevant to your area of expertise
