The Job

We are seeking a Field Marketing Associate to join our team. Reporting to the ABM Director, this position will support the broader ABM team members and work closely with sales to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for our key accounts. This role requires a team player who is hungry to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident working on strategic projects, and can navigate competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be excited to scale the ABM function at Own and work with the team to ensure alignment with strategic sales leadership.

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Act as a key liaison across the Go To Market team or individual contributors and sales leaders by communicating our account-based plans, campaign objectives, timelines, and goals
  • Assist in the development of promotional assets for multi-channel campaigns - including digital ads (design & copy), emails, sales messaging, and more
  • Collaborate with the relevant teams on the development and creation of campaign deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign and program logistics, including submission of creative briefs
  • Research key industries and markets to aid in the development of account plans, strategies and campaign recommendations
  • Generate creative ideas for campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across our target accounts
  • Manage logistics for events and webinars that support our ABM accounts
  • Identify areas of optimization for campaign planning, sales collaboration, and processes execution

Your Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role; preferably with a focus on enterprise and/or strategic accounts
  • Experience with account-based marketing preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of various marketing & sales-facing technologies such as Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
