Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong negotiation skills, technical sales expertise, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in closing deals and overcoming challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and marketing strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Proven track record in technical sales or technology sales
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Experience in outside sales or account management is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
