Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented remote account manager who wants to learn and grow within a growing company!

In this role, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with contractors, identifying potential project opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth. Your primary focus will be on understanding contractors' needs and positioning Armorock's products and services as solutions.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build and nurture relationships with contractors, establishing a strong network of contacts within the industry.
  • Identify and pursue potential project opportunities by proactively researching and staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify target customers and develop tailored approaches to engage with them effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors throughout the bidding process, providing necessary support and guidance to ensure successful project contract acquisitions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties while maintaining a focus on profitability.
  • Close deals by effectively communicating the value proposition of Armorock's products and services, addressing any concerns or objections raised by contractors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by actively monitoring projects, addressing any issues that may arise, and maintaining regular communication with clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and ensure Armorock remains competitive.

  • Excellent relationship development and customer communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office 365
  • Professionalism, dependability, commitment, and integrity, I.C.A.R.E
  • Ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, operational facilitation, detailed collaboration, and effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
