Job Description:
The Sales Account Manager?s responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, as well as maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Their job involves negotiation, communication, and understanding customer needs. They may also need to identify new business opportunities and work on product development projects. They should also have experience with
- Developing new business with existing or NEW clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Handle complaints and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and satisfaction
