Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Cambria Hotel, near Denver International Airport

Job Description: Are you a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for sales? Cambria Hotel near Denver International Airport is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $52,000 per year plus commission, with a total potential salary of $100,000 per year for a sales-oriented individual.
  • Paid time off and vacation.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
