We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
- A passion for learning about products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $17.22 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
