In this role you will: * Articulate the RouteThis vision and value proposition to prospective clients * Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts * Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis * Effectively navigate external organizations, getting key stakeholders bought in at all levels (users through to executives * Manage a complex solution sale with a 1 to 3 month purchasing cycle * Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Hubspot * Work with the marketing and product teams to help provide feedback based on customer interactions in emails and calls * Make prospecting an integral part of your regular routine ensuring new prospects are being added to the sales funnel on an ongoing basis alongside marketing * Continually learn about new products and improve selling skills You bring to the table: * 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B or non-transactional B2C sales * Superior written and verbal communication skills * Collaborative and adaptable * Thrive in a fast paced, self starting environment * Validated quota achiever (top 10+ of your company) * Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions * Have the ability to efficiently prioritize time * University of college degree or diploma, ideally with a field of study in either sales, marketing, business or communications You at RouteThis: “At RouteThis you get more than just competitive salaries!” Growth As a rapidly growing startup we’re constantly facing new challenges and prefer to promote from within.
